1. What if I want to buy multiple products can I add them to cart?
At this stage we have not implemented full shopping system so if you would like to buy multiple products, please feel free to buy it separately by their respective buy now button provided.
 
2. What happens after I buy a product and paid to PayPal?
As soon as you have paid for the item on the site, our team will be notified about your purchase. The team than will review your order and confirm your payment at PayPal. Once payment is confirmed you will receive email from our team with further instruction and your purchased item.
 
3. How long it takes to receive ordered item?
You should expect our response with your purchased product and guide within few hours of your order in normal business day. However we are committed to deliver your product with in 1 business day.
 
4. What is your 10 days Satisfaction Guarantee?
If you are not satisfied with any of your product or service purchased on this site you can fill up this form to claim your money back within 10 days of original order. We will promptly refund the amount without any question.
 
5. What is your 1 hours free support included with each product?
We understand even though we provide full installation and configuration guide you may not able to perform all task yourself or may face any technical difficulty, in this case you can ask us to do that installation and configuration which is provided FREE with every product purchase and finishes within an hour in most cases. This will be prescheduled with you when you ask for this service.
 
6. What if I need additional support or consulting?
Please contact us using this form and we will get back to you soonest possible. We offer very affordable consulting rates.
 
7. What is your licensing policy?
The product you are buying is limited to one server installation only. It is not restricted to CPU but restricted to one sever or one instant of installation. If you need development license with source code, please click here to send us your query.
