- All users have their email address set.
- This email address will be automatically populated in the “From” field.
- The Webpart will populate current user’s email address in the “From” field.
- If user has not set his/her email address then web part will show yours@email.com. So user can type his/her email address.
- Subject and body comes from EmailConfiguration list.
- User can add/edit/delete entries from EmailConfiguration list.
- On selection of subject, body section will be automatically filled in.
- User can add his/her own subject and body be unchecking “Subject” check box.
- On clicking of “Send” button, the email will be send to the email address exists in the “To” and “Cc” fields of the web part.
- On successful email send, the system will display message.
- Whenever the user will see inbox list, he/she will see only his email received.
- The inbox list is filtered for current user. It means it will display mails of current user only.
